BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This covers the admin, diary management, appointment allocation, and all preparatory work carried out before the service takes placwe.

CANCELLATIONS

All booking fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee will be forfeited. Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided at least 7 days notice is given, and the new appointment date must fall within the following week. Booking fees cannot be transferred to a different month

LATE ARRIVAL

To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain service quality, a 15 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will result in the appointment being cancelled, as it may disrupt other scheduled appointments. A late fee will be applied if you are 30 minutes late and the appointment still goes ahead.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during your appointment. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before the service is carried out.
Prices may vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of your hair.
No refunds will be given for services that have been completed. If you are unhappy with your service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon so they have the opportunity to rectify the issue where possible.
All appointments must be booked in advance.
Clients are required to attend appointments alone. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For blonde colouring services, please be aware that achieving your desired result may require more than one appointment. Your stylist will discuss realistic expectations and a treatment plan with you during your consultation.
